Really sad to see this. Many years ago when we hosted an annual sports dinner in memory of my dad, they would loan us a PA for the night for an ad in the programme. Always really helpful and friendly staff, hope they all get sorted.

If those Target Star Wars darts lit up like light sabers and make the swoosh noise when you threw them, I’d probably remortgage my house for a set. I’d still hit 26s but they’d be spectacular 26s!

Sarah Perry has been running a 4.1 mile loop on the hour, every hour for the last 95 hours. It’s a 36 hour PB, a women’s backyard PB and a UK record. Phenomenal.

Watching the backyard ultra world champs. I really fancy a go at the format but a boy has just clocked his new PB of 81 yards (320 odd miles) has been awake for more than 3 days and looks fresher than I do after a 5k. 17 still in!! Superb.

There seems to be a grown man practicing his goal celebrations in front of Section C. He might grow up one day but I wouldn’t bank on it! Clean sheet of ice, heid cleared.
