I’m not saying this to brag. But, I am in nursing school to come alongside those in their darkest hours. I’ve been there. My BF was murdered, my husband overdosed, my daughter died, I’ve jones’d for crack… I’ve lived through the darkest moments. But I want to say there’s hope.

Some of y’all cannot fathom the depths of dark that I’ve seen. Have you ever been so addicted to drugs that you watched a dealer carry a man who overdosed on them to a waste bin and dump him in it ….yet it didn’t compel you to call 911?

Life update: I’m still in nursing school. 🤣 And…yesterday I had a breakdown over performing CPR on an infant. But, it was a necessary process considering the last time I performed CPR on an infant it was my 7m old daughter.
