Even told to wait 72hrs to speak to a manager. All whilst still paying the bill & using our own built up data. @Ofcom @CitizensAdvice any help would be welcomed as my requests are not being listened #CustomerExperience #CustomerService

Without @skytv broadband for 9 days with expectation this will be another 7. In the meantime @SkyHelpTeam & @WeAreOpenreach find it acceptable to send a 4g box suitable for 1 person in a home of 4. Unwilling to offer more than 1.

Predictably, some online travel agents are messing customers about on refunds for Rhodes If you booked a package holiday, the provider may be able to send you to an alternate hotel (of the same quality) but if it changes the resort/destination you must be offered a refund

@OntheBeachUK & @TUIUK follow the industry approach. Abide by TPR 12 (7) & provide customers with refunds. Moving doesn’t isn’t the same holiday. People made original choice for a reason. @ABTAtravel @roryboland @lisaminot @SimonCalder #rhodesfire

After 1hr on phone & being cut off by @OntheBeachUK. Still no refund whilst other customers on same / later day have been given. @OntheBeachUK Acknowledge don’t expect us to travel. But still fail to act in best interests of customers. #rhodesfires
