➡️ Tailor requirements for cryptoasset disclosures: Calibrate disclosure requirements to the risks of cryptoassets, discerning between centralised and decentralised protocols, and protocols involving ongoing efforts versus those that do not.

➡️ Explicitly exclude airdrops from licensing and disclosure requirements: In line with HMT’s proposed regime for cryptoassets, formally exempt airdrops from financial services licensing and disclosure requirements to avoid stifling innovation in early-stage crypto startups.

Instead its our regulatory environment. Right now, there is no framework within which systems can decentralise. Without this founders are stuck in centralised ways of operating - or, sadly, they're moving elsewhere.

Its not our existing competitive sectors either - the UK's expertise in financial services and the creative industries make it perfectly suited to take advantage of Crypto and Web3's potential.
