If I was on the fence about supporting BIP-110, the sheer amount of egotism and elitism that eminates from the Core 30 side would push me over the edge. Utter contempt for the average bitcoiner.

@GhostofMapl I’m personally willing to go down with the ship, because if nothing is done and we continue on this spam/bloating trend, Bitcoin will eventually become centralized and captured anyway. And this is the only shot we get at sound money.

I audited the BIP-110 activation client (v0.3, latest release) and found critical bugs that would affect Mainnet if deployed. These aren't theoretical. They are in the code right now. Thread.

The arrogant “this has been explained to you multiple times” from the “Trust the experts” crowd who can never defend their positions on a technical basis. Reality is %80 of its life Bitcoin grew rapidly with basic filters and no Tapscript bug. BIP110 simply restores that!
