The real issue is gonna be when people start getting bans for trading with bots. It happens every time , especially if the same bots are forwarding the skins to a gambling page.
Appears that some people are upset that withdrawals were actually paid out and processed instantly on Skins. It does seem like Twitter traders may need to find a new profession.
