Pending prospective validation, this very easy to use tool can be used in clinic to identify patients who might or might not respond favorably with ARPI and consider treatment personalization.

In the study we built a multivariable logistic regression model (NADIR model) to predict early favorable PSA response within 6 months of ARPI initiation, the model was built and internally validated using ARASENS, LATITUDE, and TITAN trial and externally validated in ENZAMET.
