Nothing surpasses the joy of parenthood, whether as a father or a mother. This is my first Father's Day, and I pray to raise my son with love, never exasperating him, but guiding him in the Lord's training and instructions, so that even in his old age, he will not stray from it.

The PRAGUE-25 trial results surprised many. Once AF (3A-3C, 4) develops, myocardial damage sets in, increasing the likelihood of persistent AF. While LRFM for AF are crucial, they alone cannot reverse cardiac damage to ensure lasting AF freedom.

This sounds like a promising initiative; however, my professional life does not rely on publications or grants. I would be interested in hearing from individuals whose careers depend on grants & publications. Bad or good initiative? Why? Would journals then charge open access.
