And it’s not only GPs. I think this is filtering into every area of medicine with non-doctors replacing doctors everywhere. Yet we are trained to be able to think differently and make decisions that don’t fit a protocol which tbh affects a large proportion of medical care. 😢.
I’m an NHS GP & I’m raising a 🚩. There’s a significant GP crisis in England. GPs are unemployed & can’t find work. Many having to leave their families to find work anywhere in the country. Ironically, there’s also a “GP shortage” in the NHS with patients struggling to get an.

Wow! Pretty sure these things are basic human rights!.1. Being paid correctly and on time.2. Getting rid of some pointless tickbox exercises with minimal benefit to doctors/their patients .3. Appreciating doctors may have a life they would like to lead outside of medicine.🤔.
The NHS is setting out measures to improve the working lives of postgraduate doctors. These include improving payroll accuracy, reducing admin burden and enhancing choice and flexibility with rotas.
