This is horrific on so many levels. š.
Although a criminal investigation is ongoing into obvious neglect of the animals on a large-scale, this didnāt appear to be the sort of fly-by-night puppy mill simply looking for a quick buck at the dogsā expense.

Heartbreaking š thank goodness @humaneworldorg is helping them. Hey, hereās a thought - what if we donāt keep breeding dogs in puppy mills while pups are losing their lives at shelters across the country for want of adopters?.
A national animal rescue group is nursing more than a hundred dogs back to health after a raid on a puppy mill in Havre de Grace where they were discovered living in inhumane conditions.
