Hope you’ll join me in praying for Southern Boone Eagle, Nik Post and his family. Nik’s mom Misti passed away today. He was honored last night at @sobocosports baseball senior night. Prayers for his dad, sister Dani, brother Justin and the entire Southern Boone family.

We have great mid-Missouri HS coaches! They invest in our students, helping them become better athletes and better people. They’re worth so much more than they are paid. Even when we don’t have games, their impact is huge. Hope our school districts realize how important they are!
There are high school coaches making $0 doing July workouts with no guarantee they will have a season. I had 2 great parents and my coaches played a huge role in my upbringing. Coaches are more important today and they take a lot of grief. My hat is off to my colleagues!
