This week has been tough. My father in-law was a marine and a very tough man, but inside there was a tender heart and someone who loved people well, especially my wife and daughter. I’ll miss him.

There are many who say they’re "spiritual but not religious"—and that they're done with "the institution." This often comes from real pain—spiritual wounds, hollow traditions, church hurt, etc. Jesus never mocks that pain. But He still says, "It is not good to be alone." 🧵👇
