I cannot tolerate the inflammatory and abhorrent posts I see on X. The latest Trump attack on Ukraine glorified by X was disgusting. I will be moving to BlueSky @NHSEnglandLDN

On Sat @256MMR @BritishArmy I as Hon Col. had the pleasure of seeing 256 in action . I even took on the role of a pt with sepsis. These are some of the people who run towards danger 2save others in times of need. Every time I attend an event I am in awe. Thank you! @NHSEngland

Today's ceremony is a reminder of the importance of helping everyone as equals. As Edith once said, “the profession of nursing knows no frontiers.” Putting the needs of others before their own is a theme that we recognize amongst those nurses and midwives that we support.

I am proud of London and beyond - standing up to hate and celebrating the values of inclusivity & love. X no longer represents my values. I am increasingly distressed by how hateful & unacceptable it is. I will be taking a break whilst I decide what to do.

Just a reminder that from the day it launched on 5 July 1948, the NHS has relied on staff from across the world - from the Windrush Generation of 1948 to today’s workforce, represented by over 200 nationalities. Thank you to each and every one of them!
