Is there a better sporting sight than Lords on test match day? OK, possibly a packed Thursday night at Stamford Bridge as the Blues struggle to make it through the Europa Conference qualifier. When Ted came calling we got our hopes up till we realised it wasn’t # Ted Lasso 😂

Congrats to all especially our amazing volunteers for our 200th @parkrunUK event @SunnyHillprkrun It was a great turnout followed by cake and drinks. Nice photo @mvizcayc I’m at the back with the elite runners 😉 and have either grown or am standing on the shoulders of giants!

Huge thanks to 2 amazing nurses @ED_Barnet who sorted me at 2am on Friday. One did a scan, the other provided an intervention and much relief. As I recovered in ED it was incredible to hear how busy and professional all staff were as they went about their work. Thank you 🙏.

I supplied @BritSocGastro with a photo for a meeting and used my X photo. To my surprise a colleague accused me of photoshopping my photo. I expressed outrage to my wife who supplied said photo and replied “do you really think you look like that? Of course it was photoshopped!”😂.

Stunning blue Scilla bulbs naturalising an area of the Woodland Garden @kewgardens thanks to the help of ants that collect the seeds for their young to lick off the nutrients and the cleaned seed is disposed of and then germinates! Hey presto
