Today is the start of Dying Matters Awareness Week. The national campaign, led by @hospiceuk, encourages open and honest discussions about end of life experiences. @UHSFT will host several Dying Matters events this week. Simon Says will join them on May 6th and May 9th. #DMAW25

At our recent New Forest Support Group, the theme was ‘Memories.’ To tie in with this, our wonderful friends and long term supporters @Sportingbears took our children and young people out for rides in their amazing collection of cars, helping them make new, treasured memories. ❤️
