Plenty of running / walking over the weekend. Saturday ParkRun, 13 seconds quicker than last week despite not feeling it, then a humid 3 mile on Sunday - I only went out as it was initially raining and wanted to run in the rain!.#YourWeekendRuns.@RunComPod

Great run by Faith Kipyegon, knocking over a second off her mile best. One question - what were the pacers doing? There seemed to be no cohesion, no plan, just a bunch of runners running with her. A better choreographed approach may have helped. #breaking4 .@Scienceofsport.

Nice 15 mile long run. Best I’ve felt on a run in a long time. No walking, and only a brief stop when I swallowed a fly! still, I suppose it’s cheaper than buying gels!.#YourWeekendRuns.@RunComPod

Got this beauty in the post today…I know for me it was a glorified long run on my own with a few stops, but 30 years on from my first @LondonMarathon it means so much to me to complete a marathon now. @RunComPod

Spot on. From being carted around the midlands without a ground and experiencing the highs and lows of the last 8 seasons, it’s a privilege to go through the last 3. We’ll come back better and stronger next season. #PUSB.
Having loads of other teams fans giving it big licks best team over two legs lost the tie. Say what you want but it's the truth. People think I'm sick about that? Nah mate I'm sick about unscrupulous owners moving us out of our City. Games like tonight are a pleasure for us #PUSB.

Virtual London done. Treated it like an old school all-day lap race, took the car to Riverside park and did laps. Nice morning out, no pressure to run at any pace or finish at any time…plus the journey home only took five minutes!.@RunComPod .#YourWeekendRuns
