Thanks for the opportunity @MFT_Hive ! It was great to see front-line clinicians' mobile devices updated real-time with dummy results from @LabMedicineMFT during the Workflow Dress Rehearsal
6 hours of testing @MFT_Hive by following a pretend patient through AE, labs, radiology, theatre and ward. …a few workflow issues to work out but @MFT_Hive works! Challenges ahead but we’re confident it’ll be ok. We geeks loved the mobile app as results came in real time!

You can almost hear the groans of Biomedical Scientists and NHS Labs Staff up and down the country. It would be laughable if it wasn't so heinous.
In the UK the number of cases rose rapidly. But the public – and authorities – are only learning this now because these cases were only published now as a backlog. The reason was apparently that the database is managed in Excel and the number of columns had reached the maximum.
