Layoff determinations are dependent on agency leaders and the criteria for evaluation which can be differently weighted across agencies/departments. Unfairness brewing.

Mayor council meeting just said they used a ranking tool to determine layoffs so they know who is being laid off — when asked for the percentages of potentially impacted workforce they said 🤷🏾‍♀️. Bull! You know who is being laid off! You simply won’t say! We deserve to know!.
