In this race I was the runner in an off road triathlon team - the swimmer was the CD of trauma surgery, the cyclist was the CD of ED and I was an ED nurse. The safest place to be was in front of us. 😁
@orthochimp I’m usually carrying an EpiPen so plan on being in front of me in races.

I read this as an EM nurse and was hella confused.
I love figs but not the kind you get in stores. In the summer, I used to buy them off Craigslist but it was usually hit or miss. Still, I’d drive an hour away to buy figs. Then one day 6 years ago, there was a sign near my house for FIGS! And they were the BEST figs ever!.

My favorite 5k race strategy: "Let Jesus take the wheel.". It's aggressive and usually fails. But if you think a breakthrough is possible, run the first mile ~15sec faster than goal pace. Then, hang on for dear life. It's not a "safe" approach, but it can result in a huge PR!.

Hey @MartinSLewis is there any update on @TheFCA motor finance commission? I made a claim with BlackHorse @MercedesBenzUK May last year. They confirmed I was affected but have had no updates or communication since the 19/09/24. I’ve emailed twice… 🤷♀️.
