New on the tasting menu Hogget rump, leeks cooked all the way on the BBQ and then finish with hung yogurt, black garlic purée, dukkah spice and hogget cheek and clam ragout with a light ras el hanout spice through it @ShibdenMill

Had to share this…just had two nights @ShibdenMill hotel and I am gobsmacked, what a fantastic place…the building, the room, the staff and oh my god the food, from breakfast to dinner, it was heaven. If anyone wants an AMAZING break book this place in Halifax, going to rebook..
