So I guess there is no Special Prosecutor right now involving Jay Jones? I’m guessing they will find someone else But you would think they would have checked availability before appointing someone Guess he didn’t want to be “Voluntold”
News: James City Commonwealth’s Attorney Nate Green has been removed as the special prosecutor in the Jay Jones case because he was “unable to take the appointment.” The New Kent Commonwealth’s Attorney’s Office has “no comment” about next steps. Team effort with @WAVY_News
