How does a Reform voter survive when they get cancer. Or heart failure. Or a chronic illness that doesn’t politely go away. That isn’t a slogan. It’s a real question. Right now, under the NHS, you don’t think about that. You get sick and you are treated. You don’t check your

Reform UK are threatening to cut funding to a Welsh university – @BangorUni – if they ever get into power simply because a student debating society declined to give one of their MPs a platform. This far-right Trumpian rubbish has no place in Wales! Share if you ❤️ Bangor! 🏴

SICK of people saying they want the old UK back. We ALL do. WE want same day GP appointments, ambulances within mins, dentists, a decent police force, good education, affordable food, clean water ways, BUT it’s not migrants who caused this. It was 14 YEARS of Tory austerity! It’s

This says so much about Reform’s politics. They’d rather attack our institutions & threaten 1000s of local jobs than face the consequences for the divisions they’re intent on sowing in our society. A vote for Plaid Cymru in May is a vote for Wales and a vote to stop Reform.
Bangor University have banned Reform and called us “racist, transphobic and homophobic”. Bangor receives £30 million in state funding a year, much of which comes from Reform-voting taxpayers. I am sure they won’t mind losing every penny of that state funding under a Reform

For disabled people, going out isn’t spontaneous, it’s a full‑scale energy audit. How far is it How long will it take Is there seating Is the route accessible What’s the weather doing Will the pain spike Will there be toilets Will the transport actually turn up How much

Bangor University haven't banned you. A student society did. Student debating societies are independent from universities. Threatening to strip £30m of state funding and punish thousands of staff and students because a debating club hurt your feelings isn't 'strong

Wales is a nation, yet English city mayors have more power than our First Minister. That’s not devolution — it’s inequality. Wanting the same powers, dignity, and self-government others already enjoy isn’t separatism. It’s democracy.

Unpaid carers aren’t asking for luxury. They’re asking for rest and the system still refuses to provide it. 24/7 care with no backup. No nights off. No weekends. No emergency cover. No space to breathe, recover, or simply exist as a person outside the caring role. Respite

This made my stomach drop. I’ve just read a report about how £24 billion in benefits goes unclaimed every year. Not because people don’t need it or don’t qualify, but because they’re sent to online calculators they can’t cope with. One woman was days away from losing

A straight out lie from Danny Krueger MP at Reform's event today. He said that asylum seekers go straight to the top of the council housing list. In fact they are *banned by law* from accessing council housing. Further details on Shelter's website here: https://t.co/pFYFMbz8pn

“We all have the same 24 hours” As a chronically ill/disabled person I have a lot less usable hours than a healthy/abled person. And of those that are usable they’re still not as usable as they used to be when I was overall healthy. Lots of pacing/resting.

Having a job should mean you can afford what you need to survive, right? ❗ A THIRD of people who turn to our community of food banks are in a household where someone works.

75% of Reform MPs have previously been elected as representatives of the Conservative Party. They broke the country last time; do you trust them to fix it?

Loneliness is one of the biggest issues disabled people face and one of the least talked about. When you’re housebound, shielding, or unable to access transport, the world doesn’t just get smaller. It gets quieter. People stop checking in. Opportunities disappear. Isolation

Plaid Cymru has always been clear, Wales should make decisions over policing and justice. Labour's response? 'No'. Labour have given up on even pretending to care for Wales. In 100 days, vote for a Plaid Cymru Government that will always fight Wales' corner.

Don't forget community venues that aren't wheelchair accessible because of a lack of available rooms in hospitals.
Mental health services aren’t “there for everyone.” They’re often inaccessible to the people who need them most including disabled people. Long waits. No home visits. No trauma‑informed care. No interpreters, no BSL, no Easy Read, no sensory‑safe spaces. And zero

Plaid Cymru’s Crown Estate Wales Bill has just passed its final stage in the House of Lords. @llinos_medi will now push this Bill forward in the House of Commons and demand that Labour make time for it. Let’s ensure the profits from our resources benefit our communities.

We know that Wales is rich in natural resources but we don’t currently have the powers to unlock that potential and ensure profits stay in Wales. This is a significant step forward - @Plaid_Cymru will keep pressing to ensure that Wales gets control over the Crown Estate 🏴
