nor require differential panels or dilutions! This tuning strategy with PLA highlights the opportunity to achieve sensitive, accurate quantification of diverse analytes in a highly multiplexed fashion. We're excited to see where this tuning is taken for better health monitoring!

We propose a tuning approach for proximity-based assays, enabling simultaneous quantification of four analytes across from low fM to mid-nM. Importantly, this solution does not require modification of the intrinsic affinity of affinity reagents to their targets... 3/4

The human plasma proteome spans over 10 orders of magnitude, but current quantification methods cover only 3-4 orders, greatly limiting what can be measured in a single panel and small sample volume. 2/4

New paper w/ @HTSohLab! This is a large part of my PhD, Im excited to share some of those results! In this work, we provide a strategy to overcome the problem of measuring proteins that span >7 orders of magnitude using only 5ul of serum. How? 1/4🧵

This is my mom! Thanks to OutdoorsForAll, my mom has had the best year of her life, and given her new outlooks for what she can do. She's skied, road and mountain biked all for the first time this year! Now, she goes biking for a few miles practically everyday, and can (1/4)

Have to really thank co authors @AmaniHariri20 , @steventan17 and our lovely collaboration with @Dunn_Lab. Y’all have helped me learn a lot in the process and I’m so glad to have had the chance to get this idea out together! Thanks for making this fun to tackle together!

And when we do that, we lowered our signal variation! Much more work needs to be done to make this sort of method accessible, however it’s a start. Our data and code are free to access and #opensource.

We focus on the problem that bulk measurements of molecules such as those in conventional ELISAs can have very high background signal, esp. in complex media. We decided to zoom in to the single molecule regime, and only count those samples that are forming molecular sandwiches!!

A lot of my phd focuses on solving fundamental limitations in assay design via #modeling, #assay molecular manipulation and #computational tools. This one is a nice synergy between these three.
