I had to approach it with a fresh perspective and just get the work done. 💪 This shift in thinking helped me to embrace each day as a chance for self-development 🌄🏃 I'm incredibly proud of myself for completing the challenge 🙌😀

This negative self-talk left me feeling unhappy and unmotivated to get back on track. After the Start of the Challenge: During the challenge, I realized that, yes, I hadn't been consistent for 3/4 days, but with the challenge, every day is a new opportunity.

🚀 Completed my 20-day challenge last week, and it sparked a powerful mindset shift 🧠💪 Before the Challenge: In the past, missing daily tasks for 3 to 4 days in a row used to trigger a wave of self-criticism. I'd ask myself, "What am I doing? Why am I being so unproductive?"

Taking a 20 days challenge to work upon my personal development. I will do the following things daily: 1️⃣ Reading for atleast 30 mins. 2️⃣ Excercising for 1hr. 3️⃣ Working on a skill (i.e Coding for me) 4️⃣ Avoiding junk food. Less sugar & fried items.

4) Always have a thought that there is someone bigger than you who will make it all happen. Just BELIEVE. 5) Don't just workout for a muscular body. Stamina and endurance are also important. Thank you @BeerBicepsGuy for such a great one.

Time spent undistracted and alone, in self-examination, journaling, meditation, resolves the unresolved and takes us from mentally fat to fit. - @naval A reminder to spend time with yourself.

Advice It is something you seek when you have zero knowledge about something. Advice is more general. That gives overview of that particular field. E.g: What career path should I choose between IT & MBA?
