Consistency before intensity. Start small and become the kind of person who shows up every day. Build a new identity. Then increase the intensity.

I had to approach it with a fresh perspective and just get the work done. 💪 This shift in thinking helped me to embrace each day as a chance for self-development 🌄🏃 I'm incredibly proud of myself for completing the challenge 🙌😀

This negative self-talk left me feeling unhappy and unmotivated to get back on track. After the Start of the Challenge: During the challenge, I realized that, yes, I hadn't been consistent for 3/4 days, but with the challenge, every day is a new opportunity.

🚀 Completed my 20-day challenge last week, and it sparked a powerful mindset shift 🧠💪 Before the Challenge: In the past, missing daily tasks for 3 to 4 days in a row used to trigger a wave of self-criticism. I'd ask myself, "What am I doing? Why am I being so unproductive?"
Taking a 20 days challenge to work upon my personal development. I will do the following things daily: 1️⃣ Reading for atleast 30 mins. 2️⃣ Excercising for 1hr. 3️⃣ Working on a skill (i.e Coding for me) 4️⃣ Avoiding junk food. Less sugar & fried items.

4) Always have a thought that there is someone bigger than you who will make it all happen. Just BELIEVE. 5) Don't just workout for a muscular body. Stamina and endurance are also important. Thank you @BeerBicepsGuy for such a great one.

All Greatness in life comes from suffering. You have to view the negative before you can aspire to and appreciate the positive. Keep going, if you're struggling for something, good times are on your way my friend 🤗

5️⃣ Sitting for five mins doing NOTHING. (Inspired from @warikoo) I was already working upon this since last month. But was lacking consistency. So, putting myself in a position of accountability by doing it in public. Let's see how it goes. 💪

I find myself more active & high on mental energy on the days where I consume very less content. I feel like working more on such days. Have you experienced this? Would love to hear from you

Help It is what you seek when you have prior knowledge about something. You've taken actions according to your knowledge and failed to achieve desired results. This is the time when you seek help. E.g: What field should I specialise in MBA?

Advice It is something you seek when you have zero knowledge about something. Advice is more general. That gives overview of that particular field. E.g: What career path should I choose between IT & MBA?
