@YorkshireTea @OliOak But PLA tea bags are neither under most home compost situations. In a lot of situations the infrastructure is not in place to deal with this added waste stream.

Today’s #2minutebeachclean turned into a mammoth 3 hour beach clean - loads of big plastic washed in 2.5 miles down #Pendine beach. Took us ages to relay half of it back, had to leave the other lot piled up for next time 💙

We went back to beach yesterday with a grinder and a wheelbarrow to cut up this enormous tangle of potting rope spotted on our #2minutebeachclean the evening before. It needed to be cut into 5 pieces to be able to lift it into the wheelbarrow but now safely off the beach 💙
