PIANO Registry @AGA_Gastro! 13 yrs,1490 pregnant women w/ IBD. Bottom line: biologic, thiopurine, combination therapy in pregnancy does not increase adverse outcomes, but disease activity does. Don't stop biologics in pregnancy! @Bob_Wachter @EricTopol https://t.co/GyEAKQ9IiE /1
