Great information from our CPTC meeting last night !! The SLE was once a vibrant line and can be once again with the same level of service that all other branches have. All voices are needed for the upcoming legislative session. @SenatorCohenCT @CathyOsten @SLERadvocacy
BREAKING NEWS: according to @CTDOTOfficial, @shorelineeast has just recorded its highest ridership month since March 2020 following recent service increases!!! Ridership is close to double what it was this time last year!

Well done @CTDOTOfficial! This was a terrible situation requiring extensive repairs, but thanks to your diligence & the hard work of round-the-clock crews, the NB lanes opened yesterday & now I-95 is FULLY reopened. Thanks to a webcam, we able to watch the process! Outstanding!
All lanes of I-95 in Norwalk are about to reopen. Boots on the ground with @CTDOTOfficial just informed me that they will be able to get the southbound lanes fully reopened today by 10AM. It is truly remarkable to complete this work in less than 80 hours.
