Trump said being Fed Chairman is the easiest job in the world. I agree. So why do we even need a Federal Reserve? Let’s abolish the whole system, return to a gold standard, and let the free market set interest rates instead of letting central planners pretend they know better.

Though I’m no fan of Mike Pence because I think he’s basically an ass-kisser, he is correct. All of Trump and the RINOs in Congress bragging about the tariff revenue… it’s an import tax paid by AMERICANS!!! Not China. Not Brazil or Japan or South Korea or Canada or Mexico!.
🚨Mike Pence just broke from the MAGA script:. “Tariffs are a tax. That $300B projection? We’re the ones paying it, importers, businesses, consumers.”. Trump’s tariff flex is just a massive invoice for the American people; signed, sealed, and forwarded to your grocery bill.

Trump is basically a conman! He overhypes himself, puts down everyone e else, and is a very successful salesman at selling people (MAGA) on what he thinks they want to hear with no actual intention of implementing it! 🤦🏻♂️😡👎.
Trump’s hypocrisy has a pattern. When he first ran for office, he called the government’s unemployment numbers fake. After winning, he bragged about the very same numbers to sell his economic success. He slammed Janet Yellen for keeping interest rates low to prop up the Obama.
