For the record.... three months ago when I hadn't worked out since 2020.... I could do 10 push ups, 30 sit ups, and jog an 8 minute mile. After those 3 months I could drop and give you 50 like nobody asked 🤣 This is so fucking sad 🤣 They're not sending our best.
