3/ Importantly, our study suggests that IMPDH2 is essential for the efficient functioning of the DNA damage response, particularly in the context of triple-negative breast cancer cells. Understanding  IMPDH2's regulatory role could inform treatment strategies based on PARP1i.

We are a group of about 10 people from different cultures and countries. We are part of the genome biology department at the @CRGenomica, and we aim to understand why metabolic enzymes localize to the nuclear environment and participate in specific chromatin functions.
