Hardest thing I’ve ever done

Today is my mums funeral and after such wonderful comments on my dads poem, I have decided to share the poem I wrote for mum. @MichaelRosenYes

It’s not the greatest poem in the world, but after the wonderful support from my last message I thought I would post the poem I wrote for my dad, his funeral was in October my mums is on Friday. @MichaelRosenYes

The media is very good at highlighting the death rate of COVID (rightly so) but what about the millions of people that survive and the nhs save, what are those numbers, I bet they are higher? Let’s have some positive figures please

I wouldn’t normally send a message out like this, but it’s too important. 12 weeks ago my dad died of non COVID related issues, and then last week my mum passed away to COVID. Please follow the rules, please stay in, I am seeing way too many people out when they don’t have to.
