So much to learn, so little time.

It’s hump day. The perfect time to still seize the week if it’s been a drag. Zero reason not to. “The single greatest skill you can develop is the ability to stay in a good mood in the absence of things to be in a good mood about.”. Life belongs to the charismatic.

Received many questions asking if this is the most knowledge ever fit in one box, and can confirm sources say that is true

Scottie Scheffler needs to be studied. “The peace of mind here lies in accepting that vibes are everything and orienting yourself towards them can often be the solution to chasing your achievements.”
Dont know if I can think of a time an athlete at the top of his sport has been this open and honest about their craft

Whenever I feel stuck in life, I realize no one or nothing can bestow the answer upon me and I hear @ChrisWillx quote, “The magic is in the work you are avoiding.”. You don’t need a prompt to tell you. You already know what needs to be done.

The most admirable part behind Bryan Johnson’s anti-aging crusade is that he discovered his life’s quest. The hardest question is answering what we want to do in our lives. For him, everything is a rebellion against aging and an avoidance of death.

Humans have a negativity basis, but I tell myself, if you can be in a bad mood for no reason, then you can be in a good mood for no reason, because one at least serves you. What if I could just be in a good mood? What if I could just find the small things to be happy about?.Life.

A very easy way to love strength training is to train with people you like. Builds accountability, helps breeds friendly competitiveness, and will quicken your timeline of reaching your goals most likely.
I think there is a confusion about strength training as if it's something you should like. I hate going to the gym, I hate lifting very heavy weights, it's exhausting, obviously HEAVY, and I wanna quit and end it ASAP. But that's the entire point, it's choosing to suffer on.

Yes, it makes all the sense to use it to automate and streamline financial reporting packages at work. No, it makes zero sense to have it write a piece for me on Substack. Yes, using AI to write a complicated Excel formula at work that you might labor over for hours is a great.

Using AI is a balance. For me, learning to understand when not to leverage it is just as important. I find it best used in my job, and not my moments of livin’. Polaroid’s anti-AI campaign was goated surrounding it.

The idea that AI is coming to take your job has truth, but it is a choice. AI will only take your job if you let it. Will you let AI crack you or crack you open?

Scottie Scheffler about to run away with the open after saying none of it matters. Lesson there.

The information diet is our consumption habits beyond what we put in our bodies. It’s information we feed our brains.

Uber will survive because of aggregate demand and having a network of millions of users. Not to mention, the absurd stories you can get being in one. Humans are always chasing novelty.
