@Sartor1836 His ability to plead his people's case to the world is what has kept Ukraine in the fight. It's a much better use of his time than micromanaging his generals.

@Sartor1836 Also, his success is based more on soliciting foreign support than on his own country's resources. If the Ukrainian military had more equipment, you can bet he'd be more focused on managing the war effort. But since it isn't, his efforts are best focused on getting more of it.

@Sartor1836 @DGisSERIOUS Because any country at war with a larger one would obviously be much better served by a civilian president who spends his days micromanaging the armed forces and ignoring such useless fluff as attracting international support and keeping up civilian and military morale.
