Very important work on RVD in NCSI led by @SarahGorgis @krtkgpt @AlejandroLemor. RVD (defined as RA > 12, PAPI <1) was present in about ~30% of AMI-CS pts. Pts w RVD were sicker, had higher SCAI shock stage, lactate & worse mortality. @JCardFail https://t.co/vEYoEXDReY
