Iโve run this exact workout weekly for almost a year. Iโll stick with the same lunge or squat variation for ~6-8 weeks or until I plateau, then introduce a new variation of the same movement & focus on that for the next 2 months or so. Simple & effective.

A lower body glute/quad focused workout u canโt go wrong with: -leg extensions -a lunge (walking, reverse, Bulgarian, can be with DBs or smith machine) -a hip thrust (smith, barbell, glute machine, etc) -a squat movement (can be bb, smith, hack or leg press)

Reminder that you cannot "tone" a muscle. You grow it by lifting, and then REVEAL the definition through getting leaner. Muscles either get bigger or smaller. They do not get more or less defined. Thats called body fat. Thx

Just the simple act of putting a Tshirt on, and feeling the snug fit of the sleeves on your arms, is worth all the time and effort. The self respect and respect from others is just icing on the cake.
Cool thing about fitness is u really can just decide & commit to getting hotter year after year & make it happen regardless of how old u are

I forgot to let folks know that I was back to 100% in all areas last month (September) after my broken clavicle in June. Here's a pic from today like it never happened. ๐ช#prayersworkโผ๏ธ

Fitness does seem shallow on the surface but I would bet that if u ask any person who has gone from fat/weak to fit, they would tell u that the way they view themselves, the world around them & their outlook on life has changed for the better
@SarAllyce Truth...id be lying if I didnt admit that is at least part of what drives me. It may seem shallow, but it is what it is.

Well yes, it is stupid & incredible that anyone is whining about cancel culture, but there are also some significant distinctions here 1) RWers were cancelled for like jokes & telling the truth about COVID & crime stats, the left is being canceled for celebrating a manโs murder
Every progressive saying "Haha, see, the right does cancel culture too!" is missing the point. Progressives started the game of "get people fired for stuff they say online". Conservatives will win that game. It was a dumb move to start the game in the first place.
