Two wire shapes with the meister work in my experience in 99% of cases for pae. The first is a gentle curve, arc about 1.5-2 cm back on the tip like a c. When that doesn’t work the S works which is a secondary curve added the primary just further back. Allows for contra direxn

Why is technique so much more important than device in PAE? Great example of the

and light injection vs only slightly harder when the PA is from a MRA. Fill ant & post collaterals and it can very misleading on angio or worse cbct
