@miaamormottley Ireland is delighted to see that agreement was reached on a minimum allocation of 50% funding for #LDCs and #SIDS for the start-up phase of the Fund for Responding to #LossandDamage. This has been a key 🇮🇪 priority from Day 1, for this Fund to reach the most vulnerable.

PM of Barbados @miaamormottley addressed the board meeting for the Fund for Responding to #LossandDamage stating that whole regions are becoming uninsurable. 🇮🇪 will continue to use its Board seat with 🇪🇺 to advocate especially for the needs of #LDCs and #SIDS
