@SWR_Moaner tripped over this yesterday morning on the platform at Berrylands station, suffered internal brushing and injuries to my legs, hands and face, it's been like this for months, just as well there's a strike next week cos I can't work

Also, @SW_Help, why do your onboard guards repeat what the automated voice says within seconds? Too many guards are liking the sound of their own voices.

Please tell me @SW_Help why your guards and train dispatchers (at Waterloo especially) go over the top with their whistles? Several blasts of 5 seconds is irritating! It’s getting worse.
