Here's a "pinned tweet" thread because I want to pin more than one.
@EAFPW_Official @Commodore256 @AndrewCFrancis The 1964-2005 live-action productions are the #StarTrek Original Universe. That's TOS, TNG, DS9, VOY, ENT, the TMP films through TUC, and the TNG films. (Jeri Taylor also canonized her two VOY backstory novels. No one of higher rank ever disputed it, but many ignore them.)

@SCShipyards Honestly, we should just bite the bullet and lay the keel of the solar system’s first space battleship.

This is F'n GLORIOUS. Someday, rather than itty bitty walkie-talkiesats, that string of things in the sky will be mile-scale habs and powersats. Fill the sky with industry, exploration, research, habitation and recreation. Make the universe *ours.*

Bullets. Itty Bitty Bullets that pierce cell walls, break DNA strands and turn you into a human sieve. And that is why radiation is measured in Sieverts.

Now I want an orange Type-9 'speedboat' shuttlecraft with a big 01 on the side and a UFP banner or full UFP flag on top.

Asteroid 2025 TF flew over Antarctica at 00:47:26 UTC ± 18 s on 1 October, coming as close as 428 ± 7 km to Earth’s surface. This is a similar altitude to the orbit of the International Space Station, and one of the closest approaches ever recorded. https://t.co/WZZHWLqyit

In the book's final chapter, the author warns that without drastic change, America risks losing its manufacturing capacity and aeronautical dominance. The book was published in 1994.

I hear a lot of people talk about nerds and Star Wars these days. But Star Wars was never for actual nerds. Star TREK was for real nerds. Trekkies are the ones who have blue prints for plasma engines and learn how to sing Klingon operas and complain if the stars in the sky of a

We're safe, guys. The Imperial Star Destroyer may be shooting at us but they can't hit anything.
BREAKING SPACE EVENT Three green comets — ATLAS, LEMMON & SWAN — are streaking through Earth’s skies at the same time. Each glowing the same eerie green. Scientists call it coincidence… But the sky rarely does coincidences. #MrMBB333 #Comet #atlas

On the night of October 5, 1923, Edwin Hubble trained the 100-inch Hooker telescope at a faint smudge in the sky and discovered a star whose brightness fluctuated regularly, a Cepheid variable now known as M31-V1. Although Hubble initially mistook it for a nova, he soon

The "but much backyard space picture" whiners make me intensely angry.
@JAtanackov What's "disgusting" is the attitude. I'm ever so sorry if human development has ruined your ability to also capture photos of space from downtown or take pics of natural coastlines or whatever, but humanity has its own awe-inspiring s#!+ to do. https://t.co/0bkR9L6c1V
