Jermaine Samuels always did the little things right. Rebounds, steals, drives, lockdown defense, anything. This season was special and winning the South Region Most Outstanding Player was incredible. He represented everything Villanova basketball is.

Gonzaga just went into Austin and lost by 19. It’s hard to win on the road in college basketball. A young and inexperienced Villanova just went into East Lansing and almost erased a 16 point deficit (to a team that just beat Kentucky). This team is definitely improving.
