This is fake news. Funds are not stuck. Teleporting in and out of the Relay Chain still works fine - there is just nothing to do on the Relay with your tokens. I just tested it again:
Someone sent 280 DOT from Bifrost to the Polkadot chain and the coins are now stuck š„² ā¼ļøPlease, if youāre doing cross-chain transfers, always pick Asset Hub as the destination

We've noticed a few users attempting to send DOT back to the relay chain and getting their asset stuck. Quick reminder: @Polkadot Asset Hub migration has been successfully completed. All user actions such as transfers, voting, and staking should happen on the Hub now.
