It has been nearly a year since we lost Richard Bilkszto. Richard was a kind, dedicated educator that cared deeply about ALL students. He was passionate about adult education and worked diligently to serve those students in the @tdsb @toddsmith @onedu @tdsbdirector

What TDSB fails to mention is that these students are the "end of the line" for Specialized Programs in the board. This will be one of the last graduating groups to benefit from the TOPS programs at Bloor Collegiate Institute . In this article, the TDSB is both celebrating its

Any TDSB employee that was involved in the Richard Bilkszto tragedy that is still being paid using public dollars needs to be terminated. @tdsb @TDSBDirector . I hope @PaulCalandra and the new TDSB Supervisor will go through the TDSB and do a complete Human Resources audit.

Around the same time as these tapes were made then TDSB Superintendent Sheryl Robinson Petrazzini put this out on Twitter just to throw gasoline onto Richard. She is currently Director of the Hamilton Wentworth District School Board.
