As we move into our summer, here’s results from Feb to now for those who attended 50% workouts or more 👇 Speed increased +.7mph ⚡️ Vertical jumps increased 1.82in 🐰 @Ian_Kratina most improved speed by 2.11mph 👀 as well as attendance (92%) Big summer ahead! @SLS_Football
