@KateAnn_97 @physiotalk @physiotslk Have had c/o dizziness/vertigo. Also.... early signs that resp recovery may relapse, even with clear X-ray. One example of 10k runner getting recovery back to 6-7k but now back to 2k and breathless- not sure if this is coincidental or real- any similar experiences?

My colleagues and I are getting increasing concerned about our already frail, elderly patients deconditioning further during lockdown. Great exercise resources are being released but all online. Is there any way of getting relevant, evidence based exercise on terrestrial TV?
