A stroll through the residential back streets of Borough brings me to stop 4, @Simon_theTanner. Locals pub that always offers something interesting. 10 taps and 3 cask. I'm on a Dark Mild from my home county, happy days!

I'm still standing so decided to keep going. A short walk brings me to stop 6, @SpitandSawdust_. A bit isolated but worth the effort to get here. Always something interesting on the 21 taps.

Another sub 5 minute walk to @royaloakborough. @Harveys1790 flagship London pub and an institution. Full range on cask in perfect condition. A must visit if you are in this part of London.

not sure why it took @LewishamCouncil over 6 months to reach a decision re @MyLocalPremier's bogus application to convert The Palmerston but alas, those worrying about the lack of convenience stores in #SE8 will be relieved. RIP 😭🪦🍻

Finally first visit to Hand & Marigold #SE1 used to come here a fair bit before COVID, was a proper boozer then and very different now but great to see it back as a pub and the booze was top drawer. Well worth a visit 👌🏻🍻🍻

Back in the manor after a couple of days away and popped in to The Red Bull #SE15 partly to check it out after new ownership + to admire the unique tiled mural. Think it's Irish-ran now judging by the music and some clientele. Guinness decent 👌🏻🍻🍻

The Beehive, Footscray Road, New Eltham, SE9 🍻 A large imposing late 19th century pub, built in 1897 close to New Eltham railway station. Old pictures of the area adorn the walls.
