Why are doctors threatening industrial action? 2 months since I changed hospital. I have worked 8x24hr shifts in addition to my working normal hours & extended days caring for patients & covering colleagues I have not been paid a minute of this overtime #StandingUp4NCHDs

My favourite reasoning for electronic charts and records, an 8pm on Saturday IOC bleep to tell me that the patients kardex had fallen out a window and was lost in the abyss! I was expected to rechart it by piecing together what I could from a chaotic paper chart!
I would give my eye teeth to have a proper electronic patient record. I am plagued by paper charts, crashing computers, years of my life wasted looking at the circle of doom. 🙄
