Study by Dahl, @nadjavanthoff, @GioMellace, & @sinne_smed finds that while adoption of a “fat tax” in Denmark reduced purchases of some high saturated fat-foods, the tax (1) was highly regressive, & (2) induced cross-border shopping in northern Germany. #IHEA2025
