Amazing experience with @airindia recently. They downgraded me by an email just saying that. No Explanations. Just a simple sorry. Then they randomly assigned me a seat - no choice given. From Aisle to Window. Is this a common occurrence @IndiGo6E ? Refunds ≠ Convenience.
