side-chain is 100% voluntary, non-coercive, non-speculative, pay-per-use native bitcoin denominated smart-contract based blockchain. It's not a HF, not even a SF. But side-chain bitcoins will always be at higher risk than main-chain bitcoins. Be prudent!
