Why crypto projects need both Delaware AND offshore structures, and how to get it right: Most crypto projects start with a Delaware C-Corp which is familiar to investors, easy banking, and straightforward equity. But stopping there is a massive mistake. After your first

The only people who believe "build it and they will come" more than .eths is the 17 year old vibe coding 15 apps that cost $.99/month.
Threadguy thinks you'll never make money off vibecoded apps “If you aren’t in the top 1% of the 1%, it’s going to be impossible to monetize. When there’s a new viral app every day, getting people to pay for subscriptions becomes extremely hard”

This stays true in 2026.
Unpopular opinion: 90% of crypto protocols are going to die. Major consolidation is coming in the next five years. The math: Bybit charges $400K + 2% of token supply for exchange listings. Most projects burn through their runway paying for listings instead of building. What

This is the realest post on this app in a long time. Can't stop thinking about it.
Most predictions in financial markets are just hindsight analysis repackaged as prophetic insight. The time to call for a multi-year altcoin bear market was four years ago. Today, we’re much closer to solving token alignment and value accrual issues than ever before.

Buybacks are just a response to token holders not having rights. It's the only way for the team to signal that they are accruing value to the token.

People loved prediction markets because they are permissionless and you can trade on anything. Not because they are a new form factor for sports betting. Now DKs is launching prediction markets. Time to go back to what made everyone love prediction markets in the first place.

There's nothing special about prediction markets. They're just going to do to traditional betting what DeFi is in the process of doing to TradFi. And that's a lot.

Easily the biggest prediction from @JasonYanowitz. 👀
5/ Many teams will disband their governance teams and add a new function: Investor Relations. They also merge Labs and Foundation.

Everyone complains about Solana's memecoin years, but they were really just the best stress testing for ICM and bringing all of finance onchain. They really proved they could deal with the load, and that's the win.
